How it is taken

1–2 teaspoons once a day in the morning after meal (typically diluted with equal warm water). Not suitable for children.

Avoid in

  • Contains natural alcohol — avoid in pregnancy, liver disease, addiction recovery, and with sedatives. May aggravate Pitta.
