How it is taken

½–1 tsp at night before bed in 30 ml hot water, left to cool and drunk warm. Not palatable for children — use the tablet form instead.

  • Mild cramping or loose stools initially. Avoid in pregnancy, acute diarrhoea, IBS flare.
