How it is taken
½–1 tsp at night before bed in 30 ml hot water, left to cool and drunk warm. Not palatable for children — use the tablet form instead.

- ✕Mild cramping or loose stools initially. Avoid in pregnancy, acute diarrhoea, IBS flare.

Patch-test or trial a small dose first; discontinue if any reaction occurs.

Persistent or severe symptoms, pregnancy, children under 12, anyone on prescription medication, and any new or worsening condition should be reviewed by a qualified clinician (GP or vaidya) before starting Thriphala Choorna.
