DoshaWise ("we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the ePrivacy Directive.

In short: DoshaWise does not collect, store, sell or share any personal information about you. We do not run user accounts, we do not profile you, and we do not keep any personal data on our servers. The dosha quiz runs entirely in your browser. If you choose to email us, that email is the only personal data we receive.

  • Information you choose to send us by email (e.g. messages to contactus@doshawise.com).
  • Dosha quiz answers — processed entirely in your browser and not sent to our servers.
  • Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp) kept up to 30 days.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — only with your consent for non-essential categories.

2. Legal bases

We rely on (a) your consent for analytics and advertising cookies, (b) our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, and (c) compliance with legal obligations where applicable.

3. Cookies & advertising

With your consent we may use Google AdSense, Google Analytics and similar services. These providers may set cookies and collect identifiers (including IP address) to measure traffic and serve personalised or non-personalised ads. See our Cookie Policy for details and opt-out links.

  • Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
  • Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

5. Data sharing & transfers

We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be processed by service providers (hosting, analytics, advertising) acting under contract. Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. Retention

Server logs: 30 days. Email correspondence: up to 24 months. Consent records: 12 months.

7. Children

The site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
