Stewed Apple with Spices

Ingredients
- ·1 sweet apple, peeled, cored, chopped
- ·2 cloves · 1 small cinnamon stick
- ·1 tsp ghee (optional)
- ·1/4 cup water
Method
- 01Combine all in a small saucepan; cover.
- 02Simmer on low heat for 8–10 minutes until soft.
- 03Discard whole spices. Eat warm, on its own, before breakfast.
