Stewed Apple with Spices

Ingredients

  • ·1 sweet apple, peeled, cored, chopped
  • ·2 cloves · 1 small cinnamon stick
  • ·1 tsp ghee (optional)
  • ·1/4 cup water

Method

  1. 01Combine all in a small saucepan; cover.
  2. 02Simmer on low heat for 8–10 minutes until soft.
  3. 03Discard whole spices. Eat warm, on its own, before breakfast.
