When you land into heat, fluorescent light and stale cabin air with a pounding Pitta headache, this is a one-minute fix you can build from any airport convenience store or hotel mini-bar.

Ingredients
- ·1 small carton (330 ml) plain coconut water — no added sugar
- ·Juice of 1/2 fresh lime (most cafés will slice you one)
- ·4–5 fresh mint leaves, lightly torn
- ·Pinch of pink or sea salt
Method
- 01Pour the coconut water into a glass or shake it in the carton with the lid back on.
- 02Add the lime juice, torn mint and salt; swirl to combine.
- 03Sip slowly over 5–10 minutes at room temperature — never iced.

Per serving (≈): 60 kcal · 1 g protein · 14 g carbs · 0 g fat. Naturally rich in potassium, magnesium and electrolytes — a classical Pitta-cooling rehydrator.
Serving notes
Almost every international airport, train station and hotel stocks plain coconut water. Always check the label for 'no added sugar' and skip flavoured varieties.
Practitioner note
Avoid in heavy Kapha, evening hours, or active cold/congestion. Skip the salt in low-sodium diets.
